新媒体环境下农民工随迁子女的教育融合问题研究

摘 要 伴随着城市化的加快,新一代农民工流入城市从个人迁移转为家庭聚集。这让农民工随迁子女的教育问题成为社会热点问题。同时,教育信息化的发展也为农民工随迁子女的发展带来了机遇和挑战。本文在南京市江宁区某小学进行质性研究,以教育融合作为起点,阐述了农民工随迁子女教育的现状,并分析其在社会化成长中存在的一些问题,从中总结归纳出农民工随迁子女教育融合的策略,以期为农民工随迁子女的教育融合提供借鉴。

The Study on the Education Integration of Migrant Workers' Children Moving along with the New Media Environment

Abstract With the acceleration of urbanization, the new generation of migrant workers flows into cities from individual migration to family aggregation. This makes the education of migrant workers' children with migration become a hot issue in society. At the same time, the development of educational information has brought opportunities and challenges to the development of migrant workers' children. This paper studies the quality of a primary school in Jiangning District of Nanjing City, taking the education integration as the starting point, expounds the status quo of migrant workers' education with their children, and analyzes some problems in the social growth, and summarizes the strategies of the integration of migrant workers' children with migration, in order to provide reference for the integration of migrant workers' children with migration.

“文化冲击”理论认为,当一个人从一种文化迁移到另一种文化中,他所熟悉的交流方式失去作用,从而产生抗拒、疑惑以及逃避的感觉。当农民工随迁子女进入城市生活,不同的环境、生活习惯、文化差异等会让他们更为敏感。在新时代背景下,社会需要更加关注农民工随迁子女教育问题,使他们顺利进行教育融合,更好地适应社会发展的需要。

1 农民工随迁子女教育融合现状及问题

为了解在新媒体学习环境下农民工随迁子女的教育融合存在问题,本文在南京市江宁区某小学进行质性研究,对随迁子女以及教师进行访谈,运用半结构访谈形式与受访者进行沟通,并将访谈记录整理、归纳、总结、分析,总结出以下存在的问题。
